Warranty Conditions

This warranty is limited to the product being REPLACED ONLY and does not include labour costs, freight or reinstallation costs (Finish such as scratches and scuff marks are not covered). The product warranty is limited to defects in workmanship only and does not apply to loss or damage caused by abnormal use. The warranty will not cover the entry of foreign matter or influences to the product including but not limited to liquid, moisture, dirt, dust, or electrical fluctuations. Power supply faults or influences resulting in damage to this product are not covered under this warranty. You will need to attach a copy of the Product Invoice and the Electrician's receipt of installation for your warranty to be valid.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

 

Defective Products

Products found to be defective upon arrival or installation is subject to the warranty conditions. Upon arrival of the product in its original packaging back to KI Lighting, it will be tested by our technicians. If the product is deemed to be faulty, we will replace the items free of charge and ship the product back to the customer. If the item is not deemed to be faulty, it will then be shipped back at the purchaser's expense.

Payments

- Payments must be made upon receipt of invoice or checkout.

- All purchases are provided with a tax invoice.

- When paying via direct debit please include your invoice number

- Our preferred method of payment is BANK DEPOSIT, however PayPal is accepted.

Shipping Information

Our items get sent out with either Australia post for single smaller items, and larger and bulk items (such as ceiling fans) all get sent with Startrack Couriers. For ALL items such as ceiling fans and bulk items, these will be sent out with Startrack couriers, so please ensure you provide us with an address where there is someone in attendance to sign for the goods being delivered. A Business or Work address is ideal. Your contact details will be left on the items, and a note advising for the delivery driver to call you before the delivery will be attached. It is up to the driver as to whether they contact you or not.

You may specify a safe spot for your item to be left at, if no one is home. If no request is given to us, and no one is home at the time of delivery, your item will be left in a safe spot at the discretion of the delivery driver. We will not be held responsible for any items that go missing or are stolen. Re-delivery fees are incurred to us if your item gets re-delivered. If we incur in a re-delivery fee for your item, you will receive an invoice for the re-delivery fee. By purchasing this item, you agree to these terms and conditions.
